We occupied four rooms, in one room the air conditioner did not work, and they supplied a fan, My comments will be about room 506. The room is small, but adequate. However, the bed was so large that that door could not fully open. The cabinet to hang clothes requires that you are 1.8 metres (about 6 foot) tall to reach the hanging rod, or you have to stand on the bed. The shower curtain was not sufficient for the task. There was no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. The shutters were very good, so that all light and sounds were blocked at night. The parking lot was fully gated and very secure. The hotel was very close to the railroad with a quick trip to the island of Venice. There is a large grocery store just three blocks from the hotel. The staff were very helpful. The on-site breakfast nook had good coffee and croissants for two and half Euros. The restaurant served good food at a reasonable price.

Exceeded my expectations. I’m noting this according the price I paid. For the price it was a Great hotel, with super friendly staff. Private parking. All the staff made me feel like I’m part of their families. They greeted my dog and made sure even she was doing great. The room was cosy, but enough. The air con made sure we were not boiling hot. The bathroom was enough to get a quick shower and to use the toilet. Once again, for the price it was amazing. Location was very central too - five minutes walk to the train station.

All the staff are super helpful and they are always there. They always helped us with any issues and were very respectful. The room is perfect if you will only use it to sleep and explore Venice. It is 10 minutes to Mestre station, from which you can reach Venice easily. It was clean and there was a balcony+bug web. They gave us a hair drier when we wanted. 10/10 for a cheap Venice trip.

The location was very good - there is a bus stop just a few steps away from where it takes only about 10-15 minutes to reach the main boat hub (Piazza Roma). The staff were extremely cordial and went all out to help us at every step. They were there 24/7. They have their own restaurant which is moderately priced and is great for dinner as it stays open till late.

The reception team, Suhill and Roman were a delight to deal with when checking in and out. They also would have advice and information, nothing was an inconvenience. The room, good, size, quiet, ensuite was nice, great shower! House keeping was perfect, nice to come back and see my bed made and new towels supplied
